Antonia has experience across a broad range of corporate and commercial matters, including, commercial and contractual disputes, intellectual property disputes, defamation claims, employment and industrial relations, debt recovery, commercial leasing and ATO disputes.
Antonia utilises her keen eye for detail and aptitude in finding innovative solutions in providing clear, concise and pragmatic advice to ensure she achieves beneficial resolutions to her client’s commercial and legal issues.
Antonia’s comprehensive legal and commercial skill set also allows her to support clients at all stages of their employment relationship including contract and policy review and drafting, performance and conduct issues, termination and redundancy advice and employment issues arising in corporate restructuring and insolvency.
Antonia holds a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and Bachelor of Commerce (majoring in Marketing) from Macquarie University and is currently completing her Master of Laws (specialising in Corporate, Commercial and Taxation) at the University of New South Wales.
